In shop service rates are billed only for actual time used on a particular machine (time spent waiting for computer processes ARE NOT billable)
Whereas
On Site and Remote Services are billed at actual time spent at clients facility or on-line (time spent waiting for computer processes ARE billable)

• In Shop rates begin at $65.00 per hour
• On Site rates begin at $90.00 per hour
• Remote service rates begin at $45.00 per hour
• Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal are gladly accepted through PayPal for all services
