Steven Neff is very knowledgeable in his trade and he has a sincere desire to see that each customer is completely satisfied with their computer. As an I.T. Professional myself I have a lot of respect for the work he does and the integrity that I know goes into each completed job.Brent Wedge Mr. Neff replaced my laptop screen when I shattered the original screen. He was able to get a replacement, but it came damaged. He called the manufacturer and they sent another screen, which also was broken.
